Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Sourcing the Business loan cases in the market  

Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the defined period.

Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of login, sanctioning & Disbursement .

Engage with CPA and credit Manager to resolve any Clarification/ additional inputs.

Full responsibility for initial collections from the borrower client base.

Develop channel partner relationships to accelerate business growth.

 

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply

Good planning and organisational skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

The ability to motivate and lead the team.

Must have handled Clients and surrounding areas with turnover ranging from 50 lacs to 5 Crore per annum.

Must have worked with NBFC, Small Finance Bank or Bank in the area of secured (Mortgage base) lending.

Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and out performing aggressive targets.

Must have strong understanding of credit risk, fraud risk and should have strong intelligence network into local market.

Must have experience of leading team.
